For all parks, playgrounds, water parks, naturescapes, community areas, schools etc you have access to Product & Care, Repair & Maintenance Programs :

- Hard surface sanitisation (+ check, bunting down ready for relaunch) or
- Softfall & Play Equipment: repair or check play equipment + softfall, tighten bolts, rejuvenate softfall, replenish sand/bark/other softfall, cleandown, touch up if required, restore all to Australian Standards compliance
- Naturescape Equipment: repair, check & report on play equipment, old wood, bolts, nuts, screws, protrusions, softfall, synthetic turf, rockeries, water feature repair, rejuvenate softfall, replenish sand/bark, cleandown, re oil wood, restore ASTD compliance.
Report a Fault!
Simply ask yourself….do you;
- have or think you have a fault or hazard (sinking, tears, holes etc) in your softfall safety rubber surface?
- think the fault (tear, hole, edge lifting etc) is a child safety issue?
- Think your play equipment or softfall safety surface system doesnt comply with Australian Standards for playgrounds?and;
- Will the issue harm or have the potential to harm playing kids?
- Do you need play equipment sanitisation or checked/replaced for stability and compliance?
